Description
The 240 mm standard block is the strongest hollow block in the short series — maximum load-bearing capacity, the best sound insulation and high fire resistance for large-scale construction projects.
ARC240 is a 240 mm wide standard block from the short series — the widest standard hollow block on the Estonian market. The greater width means higher load-bearing capacity, better sound insulation and higher fire resistance, making the block especially suited to building walls in industrial buildings, apartment blocks and other structures under heavy loads.
The tongue-and-groove joint keeps the block stable from the moment of laying and significantly reduces mortar consumption compared to a standard block. Filling the cavities with concrete produces a monolithic structure with a load-bearing capacity that meets all modern European building codes.
